Your Data, Your Rules
- Never used for AI training. Your tasks, outputs, and business data stay yours.
- Export anytime. Download everything from your dashboard settings.
- Delete permanently. Deleting your account removes all associated data for good.
- You control retention. Set how long completed task data is stored before automatic cleanup.
Signing In#
Sign in with Google or a link sent to your email. No passwords stored. Sessions expire automatically so you don't have to worry about stale logins.
How Your Data Is Protected#
Everything is locked down at every layer:
- Encrypted when stored. Your data is encrypted at rest so it can't be read even if the underlying storage were compromised.
- Encrypted in transit. All connections between your browser and our servers are encrypted end to end.
- Workspace isolation. Every workspace is fully separated. Your data is never visible to other accounts.
- Automatic backups. Daily backups with point-in-time recovery, so nothing is lost.
Connected Tools#
When you connect tools like Gmail, Slack, or Notion, the credentials are encrypted and stored securely. Only agents you choose can access each connection, and you can revoke access anytime from the Integrations page.
Privacy Controls#
Manage these settings from your dashboard:
- Data retention: Set how long completed task data is stored. After this window, results are cleaned up automatically.
- Analytics opt-out: Turn off usage analytics entirely. No telemetry or usage data is sent.
- Data export: Download all workspace data, including agents, tasks, integrations, and settings.
- Account deletion: Permanently delete your account and all associated data. This can't be undone.
Tip
All privacy controls are in your workspace settings. Changes take effect immediately.
